Dominion Capital Group Inc. Short Term High Yield Income Fund is designed to provide consistent, short term high yield income for Investors. The Fund is strictly an income fund with no capital gains paid to Investors. The Fund Manager has 28 years of experience managing portfolios for individuals, corporations & high net worth investors utilizing domestic & global high yield funds. The Fund offers 2 different Holding Periods (also known as "Lock Up" periods) as follows:

- 6 month holding period – 4.5% dividend (paid Quarterly)

- 1 year holding period - 7% dividend (paid Quarterly)

Shares are available for redemption and withdrawal upon expiration of the Investor selected Holding Period (6 months or 1 year). The Fund accepts only Non-qualified funds.

FUND INFORMATION:

Minimum Investment: $50,000

Maximum Investment: $500,000 per Investor

Leverage: 0% - The Fund uses No leverage to help reduce portfolio risk

Sales Charge: No Load - There is No Sales Charge to purchase shares of the fund

Asset Types: The Fund invests primarily in Secured Short Term Loans & Notes in
various industries

Type of Funds: Non-qualified Funds only - (No qualified funds accepted)

Type of Investor: Non-Accredited & Accredited
